Contact me today to list your current home and get you on the road to your dream home. All it takes is a call or an email to get the process started.

I'll begin by doing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that will assist you in determining how to price your home for a speedy sale. A tour of your home will allow me to give you tips on how to best present your home to buyers. I'll assist you in staging each room to its best advantage.

I'll go over the process with you from beginning, getting your home on the market, to end, sitting at the closing table, and let you know what to expect.

Once all of the proper forms are completed and the staging is done, I'll take pictures of your home to use on my website and on flyers. Once the lockbox and signs are in place, I'll see that your home is listed in the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors Multiple Listing System (MLS) and on my personal website. By putting your home in MLS, it will automatically appear on Realtor.com and on the webiste of other real estate companies in the Greater Baton Rouge area that participate in Broker Exchange.

Following that I will begin marketing your home to the general public and to other Realtors in the Baton Rouge area. I'll be in touch with you regularly to bring you up-to-date on what is happening with your property. And, of course, I'll contact you for appointments for your property to be shown.

All offers will be presented to you and I'll help you through the negotiation process. Once a contract is in place, I'll make sure you are aware of each step required of you and the deadlines you must meet, as well as, keeping you up-to-date on the buyer's progress in meeting their obligations and deadlines.

Finally, I will sit with you at the closing table and go over the closing documents with you.
